Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026
The short version
- Tremio is a tool for running your lawn-care business. Your business data is yours — we just host it and keep the app running.
- After a 30-day free trial (no card needed), the plan is $29/month plus $10 per crew leader. The first 100 companies to check out get the $19/month base rate.
- The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No partial-month refunds.
- Use it lawfully, and be honest with your customers about the payment details you show them.
- The service is provided "as is," and our liability is limited. Wyoming law governs these terms.
1. Who these terms are with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ORLO WORKS LLC ("Tremio," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Tremio app and the gotremio.com and tremio.app websites, including pay.tremio.app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If the Spanish version of these Terms conflicts with this English version, the English version controls.
2. What Tremio does
Tremio is a mobile CRM for solo operators and small crews in lawn and yard care. It helps you manage customers, schedule and run jobs, take job photos, create invoices, and record payments. Tremio records payments you receive and can show your customers where to pay you; Tremio does not charge your customers' cards or move money between you and your customers. The only card payments that go through Tremio's payment processor are your own Tremio subscription. Tremio never texts your customers: messages you send them go from your own phone.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to use Tremio. This applies to everyone who uses it, including crew members you invite. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. If you invite team members, you're responsible for the access you grant them.
4. Your data and your customers' data
The business information you put into Tremio — your customers, properties, jobs, invoices, payments, notes, and photos — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you (including syncing it to your device and generating the share pages you ask for).
You're responsible for the information you enter about your customers, including having the right to collect and use it. The payment handles and links shown on a public invoice page are the ones you provide; you're responsible for their accuracy and for making sure they lead to you.
If you cancel without deleting your account, we keep your data until you delete the account. Tremio does not currently offer a data export, so keep your own copies of anything important.
For homeowners: if a crew uses Tremio for your property, that crew controls your data. Ask them first; or email crew@gotremio.com and we'll route your request to them.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
- Free trial. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start.
- Price. After the trial, the plan is $29 per month, including the account owner, plus $10 per month for each crew leader. Admins and crew members are free.
- Founding pricing. The first 100 companies to check out pay $19 per month for the base subscription instead of $29, plus $10 per month for each crew leader. The rate is applied automatically at checkout while founding spots remain.
- Renewal. The subscription renews monthly and your card is charged each month until you cancel. Adding a crew leader mid-month is charged for the rest of that month right away; removing one takes effect at the next renewal, without a credit.
- Referral credits. Any free months or credits you earn are applied as described in the app and have no cash value.
- Changes to price or terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price increase or other material change takes effect, and we won't change a founding rate we've committed to.
- Taxes. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply, which are your responsibility.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from the Billing screen in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. We don't give partial refunds for unused time or earlier payments, except where the law requires otherwise. You can also delete your account entirely, which erases your company's data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or to send content you don't have the right to send;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- use the Service to harass anyone or to send unlawful or deceptive messages to your customers;
- resell or copy the Service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
You're responsible for any messages you send to your customers through or based on the Service, and for complying with the rules that apply to them.
Crew pages. A free crew page may only be made for your own business. Do not impersonate another person or business, post anything unlawful or misleading, or list payment handles that are not yours. We may hide or remove any crew page at our discretion, without notice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Tremio running, but we may update, change, or discontinue features. We may occasionally have downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We'll try to give notice of significant changes.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always sync or be preserved without loss. You're responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ORLO WORKS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of the data you put into the Service, your use of it, or your violation of these Terms or of your customers' rights.
12. Termination
You can stop using Tremio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, the license you granted us ends, and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except for anything we're required to keep.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, except where a law protecting you as a consumer provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
